Katsu Extinguisher Fill In

This thing is all over the internet lately, because Katsu is moving up to epicly famous territory. The homie from Seattle says that he wasn't the first to do an Extinguisher Fill In, Jeans and Kruks did it, and let the fill dry before outlining it. Anyway, Big up to all of the above, elevating the game for sure.
